Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls
These are my absolute favorite recipe for energy balls - haven’t found any other one quite like it! Packed with nutrients, fiber, and protein, these energy balls are the perfect snack on the go, or as a pre or post workout snack!

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients besides chocolate chips to a food processor.
Step 2
Pulse until ingredients are blended (about 7-9 times).

Step 3
Add mixture to a large bowl, and add in chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Form energy bite mixture into 1” balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 5
Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy as a protein-packed, and delicious snack!
