Instructions
Step 1
Boil 2 eggs and separate egg white and egg yolk
(Use salt and vinegar to boil perfect eggs)

Chop egg white and smash egg yolk and then mix

Put 2T mayo, salt&pepper and 1t mustard

Mark circle on a pastry puff

Step 5
Spread basil pesto or your favorite sauce in a circle

Brush egg wash on the edge and sprinkle sesame and bake
