A stuffed roll with a blend of spices and mozzarella cheese. baked and glazed with homage honey butter and crusted with my homemade parmesan garlic bake mix.

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350. Premix 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese (shredded works best) with 1 tbs parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp garlic salt in a separated bowl. Set aside... Mix 1/2 stick sweet softened cream butter with 3/4 cup raw honey.. Until creamy. Mix in bowl or ziplock bag. 1 1/2 cup parmesan, 1 tsp parsley and 1 tsp garlic. Set aside. Cut honey biscuits in half. Roll in palms in ball. Flatten out. Beat 1 egg with 1/2 tsp garlic powder..

Step 2
Take mozzarella and squeeze into ball and place in center. Lightly brush edges with egg wash fold, pinch and roll into ball.

Step 3
Place on non stick baking sheet. and bake 8- 10 minutes. Until lightly brown pull out and cool for 2 minutes and brush with honey butter and shake in pre made parmesan bake. place back in oven 4-6 additional minutes till golden brown.
