Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your over to 350 f and spray your loaf pan with cooking spray, or spray the pan with spray then put parchment paper on top following with another layer of spray.

Brown butter

Step 2
add the butter to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat. continuously stir until it turns a amber color. (it will foam up)

Banana bread

Step 3
In a medium bowl combine mashed bannans, brown butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Stir to combine
Step 4
On top of that sprinkle the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt (only if using unsalted butter). Stir to combine
Step 5
Lastly add your flour and mix ins of your choice.
Step 6
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 mins.
