Step 1

Heat Broiler to 500 degrees
Step 2

Line a baking tray with foil and drizzle with a small amount of coconut oil

Step 3

Place salmon filets on the foil, skin side down (6 ounces per person is a good serving)

Step 4

Cover the salmon in Bloody Mary Mix (Spicy is optional)

Step 5

Cover filets with a heaping teaspoon of lemon pepper

Step 6

Broil the filets for 17 minutes. Voila!
