1 cupall purpose flour
1 cupsugar
6 tablespoonscocoa
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonsalt
1egg
large
½ cupmilk
½ cupvegetable oil
¾ teaspoonvanilla
½ cupwater
hot, or coffee
¼ cupbutter
softened, filling
½ cuppowdered sugar
sifted, fulling
5 ouncesmarshmallow cream
filling
4 ouncessemisweet chocolate chips
ganache topping
6 tablespoonsheavy cream
ganache topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300
Step 2
Line cupcake pan with liners
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients and set aside
Step 4
Beat egg, milk, oil, and vanilla
Step 5
Mix wet with dry till combined. Add water and mix. Batter will be thin.
Step 6
Fill cupcake liners a little over half full.
Step 7
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or till toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
Step 8
Remove cupcakes and cool 2 minutes and move to cooling rack to finish cooling.
Step 9
Make filling. Beat in half of sugar. Add rest of sugar and beat till creamy. Add marshmallow cream and mix.
Step 10
Use piping bag and fill cupcakes with filling.
Step 11
Heat cream and add to chocolate chips. Beat till creamy. Ice cupcakes. Let ganache set.
Step 12
Mix swirl ingredients and swirl on top of ganache.
