Instructions

Step 1
Peal the apple, finely grate it

Mix the rasped apple, quark, rasped lemon rind and a pinch of cinnamon.

Divide the quark mixture over two ovenproof bowls

Crush the cinnamon rusks and divide over the two bowls as a nice covering

Place the bowls for a few minutes under a hot grill to toast the crumble. Make sure they don't burn, or that you don't overheat the quark! It's just to crisp them up.
