Instructions
Fried apple
Step 1
Dice the apple in to small pieces and chop the almonds.
Step 2
To the bowl add the apple, cinnamon, sugar and chopped almonds. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium high and add the apple filling. Fry for about 3-4 minutes stiring occasionally.
Sandwich
Step 4
Toast the brioche slices until golden brown.
Step 5
Spread the bottom slice with the vanilla pudding.
Step 6
Add the fried apple and stack on the other brioche slice.
Step 7
Finally sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
