Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Set aside.
Step 2
Using a stand or hand mixer on medium, mix together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg yolk, vanilla, pumpkin purée until well combined.
Step 3
Slowly mix in flour mixture until well combined with mixer set to low.
Step 4
preheat oven to 350. refrigerate dough for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Roll 2 tbsp of dough into a ball. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Step 6
Dip the bottom of a glass in sugar and press down to flatten each dough ball.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes
Step 8
While baking, mix the frosting. Use more or less milk depending on how thick you want the frosting
Step 9
Cool cookies for a couple of minutes before adding glaze
