Normally we skip trending recipes, the taste doesn’t always live

Normally we skip trending recipes, the taste doesn’t always live up to expectations (hummus pasta and shaved fruit at the top of the list!) but this is unreal. Salted dark chocolate date bark. For anyone that likes to dip dates in nut butter then add a square of chocolate, this is that taken to a totally different level (universes apart!). 5 mins of prep, insanely good, 10/10 recommend! - 250g medjool dates, pitted - 3 tablespoons peanut butter - Handful roasted peanuts (about 25g), roughly chopped - 150g dark chocolate, melted - Pinch of flaky sea salt 1. Line a tray with baking paper. 2. Press the dates onto the baking paper overlapping slightly so that you have an oval shape. 3 Spread over the peanut butter with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle over the peanuts and finish by pouring the dark chocolate over the whole thing. Spreading out so it’s fully coated and in an even layer. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top. 4 Pop the tray in the fridge for 2 hours or over night until the chocolate has hardened. First saw them on ✨
