Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter, golden syrup and chocolate melts.
Step 2
Blitz biscuits into rubble with a processor, or you can bash them with a rolling pin in a freezer bag.
Step 3
Fold the biscuits, chopped pistachios and marshmallows into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
melt 100g of dark chocolate melts
Step 5
Pour mix into tin foil tray and put the melted chocolate melts over top. Spread over evenly with spatula.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Step 7
Cut up into small bars and dust with icing sugar.
