Step 1
To a food processor, add fresh mango and blend until a smooth puree forms.
Step 2
Add 2 to 3 mint leaves into each cup along with a lemon wedge and lime wedge. Use a muddler to crush the juice out of the citrus fruits and release the flavors of the mint.
Step 3
Then add about 1/4 cup of mango puree to each cup, adding less or more depending on your tastebuds.
Step 4
Add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of simple syrup to each cup depending on how sweet you like it.
Step 5
Fill the rest of the cup with ice and club soda.
Step 6
Stir to mix all the flavors together and enjoy!
