Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Toss sweet potatoes and brusselsprouts in 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add to a sheet pan and bake 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl mix together the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, and onion powder.
Step 4
Add the kielbasa to the sheet pan, pour over the sauce and mix together. Bake another 15 minutes until the veggies are tender and roasted,
