Macro-Friendly Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

This macro-friendly, high protein & low carb, buffalo chicken quesadilla is so delicious and takes just 5 minutes in the airfryer 😍 You can make this with rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken, but personally I think the canned is perfect for this.

Instructions

Step 1
mix together the chicken, 2 laughing cow wedges, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce in a small bowl and microwave 30 seconds
Step 2
cut a pita in half and open it to stuff the inside with buffalo chicken mixture + some shredded cheese
Step 3
airfry at 370* for 5 minutes (or bake)
Step 4
pair with your fav sides and enjoy!!
