Preheat oven 350 degrees

In a heavy metal sauce pan warm: Cream, Butter, Garlic (crushed), and Nutmeg 10 min

Slice the potatoes very thin using a mandalay
Step 4
On a glass bottom casserole dish put a layer of potatoes, then add salt and ground pepper. Then sprinkle on both cheeses. Then, using a ladle put some of the warm cream mix over the cheese and potatoes. Then, repeat the layering process 3 to 6 times. Put the remainder of the cream mix on top and cover with foil.

Cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
