This is a quick homemade brownie cookie recipe. I added a rich chocolate icing. Very yummy.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 3
Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Add butter and whisk till smooth. Set aside.
Step 4
Beat 2 eggs with sugars and salt till smooth. Add to chocolate. Whisk again till smooth.
Step 5
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix just until blended
Step 6
Scoop onto baking sheets and bake 16 to 18 minutes.
Step 7
While cooling, make icing by melting 1 stick butter in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Whisk till smooth.
Step 8
Take off heat and add power sugar a little at the time till smooth. Add milk and beat till creamy. Spread on cooled cookies. Enjoy.
