Moistest Ever Brownies

These really easy made-from-scratch bakery style brownies are beyond moist, much like lava cake, and oh so delicious. A real family pleaser!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If using a convection oven, set it to 325 degrees F.

Lightly grease a 9 x 12 inch pan.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate, sugar, and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave oh high. Stir at 1-minute intervals. The total time to melt this mixture will be 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Let cool.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract into the warm chocolate mixture
Step 5
In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients.
Step 6
In two stages, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet batter until combined.
Step 7
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 8
Bake the brownies for 25 minutes, until the top is cracked and the center is still fudgy.
Step 9
Allow the brownies to cool before sprinkling with some powder sugar and cutting.
