Ingredients

marinade
½ cupsoy sauce
⅓ cuplight brown sugar
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 ½ teaspoonsginger
grated
3garlic cloves
minced

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all marinade ingredients into a small bowl.
Step 2
2. Cut into each fillet (in 1 inch increments) until you get to the skin, making sure not to pierce through the skin. Transfer fillets to a resealable bag.
Step 3
3. Pour half the marinade over fillets and tightly seal the bag.
Step 4
4. Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
Step 5
5. Remove salmon from marinade and pat dry.
Step 6
6. Lightly spray a air fryer basket with cooking spray and add salmon fillets (on their side), curling each fillet. Lightly spray the tops of the salmon.
Step 7
7. Air fry at 380˚F for 8 minutes.

8. While the salmon is cooking, pour the remaining marinade into a small pot and simmer
Step 9
9. Remove salmon from air fryer and serve, skin-side down with steamed rice. Spoon
reduced marinade/glaze over reach fillet and top with crushed peanuts, toasted sesame
seeds and green onion. Serve.
