Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2
Melt butter and combine with oil, sugar and molasses. Mix until smooth.





Step 3
Add eggs, vanilla, salt, flour and cocoa powder. Combine until smooth.






Step 4
Combine 1 cup of chocolate chips.


Step 5
Grease a 8x12 inch baking pan and line with parchment. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it using a spoon.


Step 6
Spread the remaining chocolate chips on the batter.

Step 7
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
Step 8
Let cool for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
