Instructions
Step 1
Tip flour onto the bench and create well in centre

Crack four eggs into the well and gentle blend egg and flour with fingers

Knead into a ball
Step 4
Run through the pasta machine until the desired texture and cut
Step 5
Add to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes
