8 oznoodles
such as spaghetti, angel hair, udon, or egg noodles
2 ½ Tbspbutter
5garlic cloves
minced
⅓ cupparmesan cheese
Sauce
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspoyster sauce
½ Tbspbrown sugar
use 1 tbsp if you want it to be more sweet
1 tspsesame oil
1 Tbsphot sauce
use 1/2 tbsp if you want it to be less spicy

Instructions
Cook the Noodles,
Step 1
Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. Drain and set aside. Reserve some pasta water for later.

Prepare the sauce,
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, and the sauces are well mixed. Set this aside.

Cook the Garlic,

In a large skillet or wok, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the Sauce and Noodles,
Step 4
Add the cooked noodles and half of the sauce to the skillet and toss to coat them with the sauce. Taste before you add more sauce to make sure it isn’t too salty.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are heated through and well-coated.
Step 6
Turn off the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese has melted. Add some pasta water that you reserved earlier if the noodles are sticking together.

Serve and garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
