Step 1
In a large bowl combine apples, butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine then place pie crust onto a baking sheet and put the apple mixture into the center. Fold the edges of the pie crust over top the apples. Brush the edges with milk and a sprinkle of sugar then bake at 375° for 40 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle caramel sauce on top then slice and enjoy.
