Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C

Remove pineapple slices from the can and pat dry very well.
Step 3
Unfold the puff pastry and cut it into 2cm strips
Step 4
Wrap the pineapple slices with puff pastry strips and transfer them to the baking tray, lined with parchment. Continue until you finish all pastry.
Step 5
Mix egg yolk with milk and brush the buns.
Step 6
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
