Instructions
Step 1
Wet ingredients:
• In a bowl, add water, milk, sugar and yeast. Mix and let sit till foamy.
Step 2
Dry ingredients:
• In another bowl add flour and salt
Step 3
• Pour melted butter 1/4 cup sugar and an egg in the wet ingredients bowl. Whisk it.
Step 4
• Start pouring the dry ingredients in the wet ingredient bowl slowly. Switch to a wooden spoon and mix till it forms a dough.
Step 5
• Knead on the counter and add more flour if necessary. Knead for about 5-8 mins till smooth
Step 6
• Put the dough in a buttered bowl and cover and let rise for an hour
Step 7
• Once rised, roll out the dough about 1 4 inch thick
Step 8
Cinnamon sugar • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon
Step 9
• Spread softened butter on the dough and add a generous amount of cinnamon sugar
Step 10
• Roll it up tightly and cut into individual rolls. Put in sprayed baking pan and cover to let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 11

Before putting in oven, spread melted butter on top of the cinnamon rolls
Step 12
• Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes
