In a 8x8 microwavable dish place the 3 chocolate and peanut butter Quest Bars in the center, microwave for about 1 and 1/2 minutes. Spead the Quest Bars to cover the bottom of the pan. Break up the Graham crackers into 16 rectangles. Place over Quest Bars, may need a few extra to cover any spaces. In a microwavable bowl melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Poor mixture over the Graham crackers and spread evenly. Refrigerate until the topping hardens. Cut into 16 pieces.
