Instructions

Step 1
Grease 9x13 pan with butter. Trust me.
Step 2
In a ziplock bag add 16-18 Biscoff cookies and crush until small pieces. Can mix between bigger and crushed pieces.
Step 3
In a large pot add butter on medium high heat, brown butter. Stir periodically until a golden brown color.
Step 4
Once brown, turn to low heat and stir in marshmallows. Mix until melted.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Add half Rice Krispy and mix. Add half the crushed cookies and stir, add remaining Rice Krispy.
Step 6
Add mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Step 7
Add mixture into greased 9x13 pan, you can butter your hands to press into the pan or use a spatula.
Step 8
Put the white chocolate into a bowl with heavy cream and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is melted and creamy.
Step 9
Add Biscoff spread into a bowl and microwave until melted.
Step 10
Drizzle the cookie butter ganache across, I use a fork and drizzle back and forth. Repeating the same with the white chocolate ganache.
Step 11
Top with a sprinkle of crushed cookies

Cool, Cut and serve!
