Recipe video above. These are my "go to" brownies, the one I have been making for years that's super easy and outrageously chocolatey. The best fudgey chocolatey brownies made without fuss, in one bowl in 10 minutes. These are not the cakey kind, they're soft fudgey kind. Super rich and moist!

Added 35g of chocolate flavoured protine powder for my boyfriend and his buddy as gym snacks. Cooked for 28 minutes for a more cake like texture. If you want them to gooey, then 25 mins is the time you need. Left over home made salted caramel sauce for pouring. Dusted with icing sugar.

I probably need a smaller, square baking tray. After 30mins it was still "soupy" in the middle - above is more like 40mins + 20mins rest. It does harden quite a bit when resting so perhaps soupy is okay? Will try again.
