Step 1
Marinade: 20% per pound of meat weight = salty liquids.
15-20% per pound of meat = sugar
5-7% per pound is Spices
Step 2
Slice meat against the grain in 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.
Step 3
Marinate meat for 24 hours
Step 4
Dehydrator at 160f for 4-8 hours. Home oven at 175f,and crack oven door with wood spoon for airflow.
