large, drain, and save syrup

2 ½ cmini marshmallows

½ csugar

1Egg
beaten 1 T Flour

1.5 TWhite Vinegar

½ csugar

1 ½ cPeanuts
Roasted Spanish

1 x 8 ozCool Whip

3Granny Smiths
large, cut into bite size
Instructions
Step 1
In bowl, mix drained pineapple and marshmallows. Chill overnight.
Step 2
In saucepan, mix pineapple syrup, egg, flour, vinegar, and sugar. Heat until thickened. Chill overnight.
Step 3
Next Day: Mix pineapple and marshmallow mixture with sauce mixture. Add Peanuts, Cool Whip, and apples. Chill until ready to serve.
