Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper; coat chicken in brown sugar mixture.

2. Wrap each piece of chicken with 1 or 2 slices of bacon.

3. Place chicken into a 13x9-inch baking dish or a greased broiler pan (try to not have the pieces of chicken touch so the bacon doesn't stick together)

4. Top with remaining brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, if desired.

5. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through.

6. For crispier bacon, place under broiler a few minutes until bacon is brown and crispy.
