1. In large bowl, mix together butter, sour cream and egg. 2. Stir in cans of corn and corn muffin mix. 3. Spoon mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole dish 4. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven, 45 minutes 5. Add cheese; stir well. 6. Cook additional 15 minutes, or until dish is slightly puffed.
