4oz of butter, 2 eggs, 8oz self raising flour, 4oz caster, a little milk
Instructions
Step 1
•pre heat oven to 200◦C/400◦F/Gas mark 6.
•seive flour into a bowl.
•cream the butter and suger together.
•Beat the eggs.
•Add the flour and eggs gradually into the creamed butter and sugar, beat well to avoid curdling.
•If the mixture is dry add a little milk.
•Divide the mixture into bun cases.
•Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
