Choccy Mug Cake

Great and simple but easy mug recipe that is nice and moist when craving chocolate cake. It tastes great on its own, but would be enhanced with coconut whipped cream, a little scoop of vanilla bean ice cream (or ice cream of choice), or even peanut butter drizzle. Those are just a few suggestions.

Instructions

Step 1
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk together

Step 2
Combine the wet ingredients into the same bowl and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined

milkmilk2 ½ Tbsp
vanilla extractvanilla extract¼ tsp
Step 3
If adding chocolate chips, fold in about 3/4 to 1 tablespoon worth. Then sprinkle more on the top if desired

Step 4
Microwave for approximately 40 seconds and if it is not fully cooked (still mushy and shiny on the top), continue cooking for 10 to 15 second intervals.
