Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion and celery. Saute in 3 tbsp butter. When almost done, add mushrooms, water chestnuts, dried parsley, and poultry seasoning to taste.

Step 2
Meanwhile, slice bread into cubes. Toss in eggs, then sauteed vegetables. Use a few pieces of bread to wipe out pan and get all the butter. Add enough milk to moisten bread mixture, but it shouldn't be wet, just moist.
Step 3
Pack lightly into turkey that has been rinsed and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. OR bake in a separate casserole dish for about 30 minutes.
