Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given, mixing well.

ground gingerground ginger1 tsp
ground clovesground cloves½ tsp
pumpkin pie spicepumpkin pie spice1 tsp
nutmegnutmeg½ tsp
allspiceallspice½ tsp
half and halfhalf and half3 cups
Step 2
Pour into pie crusts.
Step 3
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
