Mont Blanc Overnight Weetabix

Instructions

Step 1
Crush the weet-bix in a bowl and add the protein powder and water. Give it a mix and let the liquids soak for a minute before you flatten it to create the base.
Step 2
Top with 150g of the skyr that has been mixed with sweetener (optional)
Step 3
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals until fully melted. Mix in the remaining 50g of skyr and add this on top of the plain skyr mixture.
Step 4
Put the chestnut puree into a piping bag and pipe onto the weetabix to give the classic mont blanc vercemelli design or spread a thin layer to finish this breakfast prep off.
Step 5
Add to the fridge to be enjoyed the next morning or eat after leaving for an hour!
