Instructions
Step 1
Soak quinoa in a bowl of water for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
Set over medium heat.
When hot, melt 1/2 the butter until it sizzles.

Add apples and cook, turning occasionally until apples begin to caramelize, about 5-10 minutes and set aside.

After 5 minutes, rise and drain/strain the quinoa.
Add quinoa and 2 cups of cold water to medium saucepan or pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Boil for 1 minute.
