I just love the texture of these vegan beetroot caviar ! They are so easy to make and you can use them just like regular caviar

Instructions
Step 1
Get a glass of oil any oil will do and put the lid on and freeze it for 30 minutes so it’s nice and chilled
Step 2
Add beet juice to a pan with a pinch of salt whisk to combine and put it on medium heat. Slowly whisk on the agar powder then cook for two minutes whisking the whole time and remove from the heat
Step 3
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes then get the oil from the freezer . Use a dropper or syringe to suck up the liquid then add little drops of the mixture to the oil. They will sink to the bottom. When you have enough made strain it and rinse with ice cold water . Strain again then keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days . Use as you wish and enjoy
