Instructions
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and beat well. Add sour cream, and vanilla and beat until lighter and fluffier.
Step 2
Add mixed dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3
Spoon 1/3 of mixture into well greased and floured (see note) Bundt pan. Smooth.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Spoon remaining batter over this, smooth out.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
NOTES
Step 6
Instead of flouring the bundt pan, Robin likes to spray and then use cinnamon sugar.
