Instructions
Step 1
Combine yeast per instructions. Heat milk, water and butter in microwave until melted, let rest for a few mins before adding to flour (If it's too hot when adding to flour, it will not rise). Combine all roll ingredients and knead for 5 mins. Cover in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled, 1.5-2 hrs.
Step 2
- Roll out (don't punch down) and all filling ingredients.
Step 3
Roll and cut into 12-15 rolls. Cover and let rise for 1 hr or put in refrigerator for the next morning.
Step 4
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins or until slightly golden.
Step 5
Meanwhile mix the glaze. Pour over as soon as they are done and let rest until you can't stand it anymore.
