Cake Ingredients

3 cupscarrots
grated, or pumpkin, sweet potato
2 cupsfruit canned
dry or fresh

1 cupnuts
pecans, almonds, cashews

2 cupswholemeal flour
wheat, almond, rice

1 ¼ cupsolive oil
oil, butter, lard
4 tblspground seeds
4 eggs, vegan flax 12 tblsp water

2 teaspoonscinnamon

3 teaspoonsvanilla extract

2 teaspoonsbaking soda

2 teaspoonsbaking powder

½ teaspoonsalt
Frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the cake ingredients
Step 2
Season, grease & flour the cake tins
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour, 20 minutes
Step 4
Cool.Turn out. Cool
Step 5
Ice. Cover in Nuts
Step 6
Bag & melt chocolate in water-bath or steam. Write on top with the corner cut.
