Instructions

Step 1
Place biscuits in a food processor and process until finely crushed.
Step 2
Transfer biscuit crumbs into a large bowl. Add the coconut and condensed milk and stir well to combine.
Step 3
Refrigerate for an hour or until firm enough to roll.
Step 4
Line a couple of baking trays with baking paper. Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball and roll in coatings of choice, then transfer to prepared tray.
Step 5
Repeat rolling remaining mixture until used up (will make about 24 truffles). Refrigerate for an hour or until chilled and firm.
