Instructions

Step 1
In a pot add cocoa powder, sugar and cornstarch and mix with a whisk. Incorporate a quarter of your milk and whisk again until all the ingredients come together.
Step 2
Add your pot on the stove over low heat, add the rest of the milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly (it will take approximately 5/8 mins).
Step 3
Finally finely chop your dark chocolate, add it to the mixture and keep stirring until it will be completely melted.
Step 4
Serve your Italian hot chocolate some whipped cream on top and some grated dark chocolate. Buon appetito!
