Coconut Almond Cream

This is creamy coconuts and has anlockendem almond flavor . You can add on toast add it to a smoothie bowl or just eat it straight out of the jar like me ! It’s delicious and so easy to make

Instructions

Step 1
Add coconut and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a food processor and process for about 5 minutes scraping down in between
desiccated coconutdesiccated coconut1 ½ cups
coconut oilcoconut oil2 Tbsp
Step 2
Add the almonds ( use whole if you don’t have flakes )sweetener of choice and bourbon vanilla if you can find it if not just regular vanilla and process again . Keep scraping downing between until it starts to form a paste . If you want it to be extra creamy add another tablespoon of coconut oil and process until thick and creamy . Store in a sterilized jar and keep on a cool dark place
