Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Melt butter and ghee in a bowl. Blend milk and eggs together, then mix in the melted butter. Gradually add in the Jane Asher cake mix, and the icing mix.
Step 3
Line a 26cm round cake tin with baking parchment. Pour in the cake mixture, and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Step 4
Melt the Nutella down and mix with the puck cream. Slice the cake in half to make two sandwich pieces. Spread half of the chocolate cream through the middle, and half across the top. Add sprinkles to decorate.
