Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

For the side dish, steam 1.75 kilos of spinach and serve it as a side dish. For the beverage, boil 1.75 kilos of cocoa powder in water, cool it down, and refrigerate it until cold. Add crushed ice to each serving.
