Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 Degrees F. Slice your French bread loaf in half horizontally and open it so the cut side is up. Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce on top of both sides of the bread like you would sauce a pizza.
Step 2
Top each bread half with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese. Then top each half with half of the chicken, sliced red onions, and cilantro.
Step 3
Add your Pizza bread halves to a baking sheet pan and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4
Slice and top with more cilantro if desired. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
