Instructions
Step 1
Begin by boiling the chicken.
Step 2
While waiting for the chicken to cook, begin cooking the broccoli. Microwave or stovetop, it does not matter.
Step 3
Drain both items when the chicken is cooked and broccoli is no longer frozen.
Step 4
Tear or cut the chicken into desired size pieces.
Step 5
Arrange the cooked broccoli in an 11 ½ by 7 ½ by 1 ½ glass casserole dish.
Step 6
Place cooked and shredded chicken on top.
Step 7
Combine cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder in a separate bowl. Whisk together.
Step 8
Once adequately mixed, use a spatula to evenly pour mixture over chicken and broccoli.
Step 9
Cover with slices of cheese.
Step 10
In a bowl melt the butter.
Step 11
Add breadcrumbs the melted butter and stir until butter is absorbed; try to get any clumps out by breaking them up.
Step 12
Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Step 13
Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°F.
