2 ¾ cupsall purpose flour

Step 1
Add all the ingredients into your bread machine in the order listed. Press the dough option (should be around 1.5 hours). If you don't want to make your own dough, you can also buy the premade TJs pizza dough!
Step 2
Flour your surface. Split the dough into 14 parts and roll each one out. Follow our video to fold into a pretzel shape!
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Meanwhile, boil water in a medium pot and add 1/4 cup baking soda. Put pretzels into the water, leaving it in for 30 seconds each side. Place on an oiled cookie sheet after boiling.
Step 4
Make an egg wash by whisking together 1 egg and 1 tbsp water. Coat the pretzels with the egg wash. Sprinkle TJ's EBTB on top.
Step 5
Bake the pretzels for 10-15 minutes at 400ºF or until golden brown.
Step 6
Melt butter to coat on top of the finished pretzels!
Step 7
To make the cheese dip, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and microwave or heat on the stove until melted.
