Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. -- Convection oven to 300°F. or according to package directions.
Step 2
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per Facility HACCP guidelines.
Step 3
1. Make the batter following the directions on the cake mix box.
Step 4
2. Fold in sour cream.
Step 5
3. Divide the batter. Add cocoa to half of the batter.
Step 6
4. Pour yellow batter into well greased pan(s). Dollop chocolate batter on top. Run knife through the chocolate to create a marbled look.
Step 7
5. Bake according to package directions or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
6. Cool on wire rack.
Step 9
7. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 10
Cut 12 x 18 x 2” pan 5 x 6 for 30 servings. Each serving = 3” x 2-1/2”.
